Dean’s List: Pro Picks Week 13

Posted on November 27, 2008. Filed under: Jerome Bettis Show: Between The Uprights, Pittsburgh Steelers |

Last Week: 9-7
Overall: 84-61

In the NFC that’s good for a wildcard spot right?

Tennessee at Detroit
The Titans will roast and deep-fry the Detroit Turkeys.
Tennessee 41 – Detroit 9

Seattle at Dallas
This game should’ve meant something. Now it’s just another step on the road to recovery, and a wildcard for Dallas.
Dallas 30 – Seattle 7

Arizona at Philadelphia
Arizona normally does not have success on the East Coast. But this one is at night, and Philadelphia is simply falling apart.
Arizona 21 – Philadelphia 10

San Francisco at Buffalo
Buffalo took one small step on the road to recovery last week against a bad team. Now they’re building on another one.
Buffalo 17 – San Francisco 7

Baltimore at Cincinnati
As much as I’m hoping for a huge upset from Cincinnati, it’s just not happening. Joe Flacco is the real deal.
Baltimore 45 – Cincinnati 3

New Orleans at Tampa Bay
New Orleans racked up the points on Green Bay last week. This Bay team is tougher on D.
Tampa Bay 20 – New Orleans 10

New York Giants at Washington
A huge NFC East battle. Washington is inconsistent at times, and the Giants are the best team in the NFL. But even the best lose a few.
Washington 28 – New York Giants 27

Miami at St. Louis
Miami continues its stellar season against a very bad Rams team.
Miami 20 – St. Louis 0

Indianapolis at Cleveland
The Colts should stampede Derek Anderson and the Brownies.
Indianapolis 35 – Cleveland 7

Carolina at Green Bay
Green Bay needs to play like a desperate team. Carolina needs to win to keep pace with the Bucs. But factor in the cold, and the cats will freeze.
Green Bay 16 – Carolina 13

Atlanta at San Diego
Atlanta is just red hot.
Atlanta 27 – San Diego 16

Denver at New York Jets
Denver is the best in the bad AFC West. So this could be a playoff preview. Look for the Jets to strike early and often.
New York Jets 33 – Denver 21

Pittsburgh at New England
Brady…Cassell…doesn’t matter. Some teams just own other teams. This is one of those teams.
New England 17 – Pittsburgh 13

Kansas City at Oakland
Does anyone really have to win this game?
Oakland 9 – Kansas City 6

Chicago at Minnesota
Does anyone really have to win this division?
Chicago 22 – Minnesota 17

Jacksonville at Houston
This is another game that should’ve meant something besides a better draft pick.
Houston 28 – Jacksonville 24
